Because digital products can be copied and downloaded instantly, we do not offer refunds.

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are:
Unused, in their original packaging
In resalable condition
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@standardpickleballacademy.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at stupport@standardpickleballacademy.com.
We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund, including coverage of shipping costs.
Exchanges for different sizes, models, or colors of a physical product are allowed, subject to availability.

Sale items, special promotions, or bundles may have different return policies, which will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
