1.1. Monthly Plan – New subscribers who select the monthly plan will begin with a free trial. After the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged $29.99 USD per month unless you cancel before the trial expires.

1.2. Annual Plan – New subscribers who select the annual plan will begin with a free trial. After the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged $199.99 USD per year unless you cancel before the trial expires.

1.3. Only one free trial is permitted per subscriber. Repeat sign-ups or multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

2.1. You authorize us to automatically charge your designated payment method at the applicable rate for the subscription plan you selected.

2.2. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled in accordance with Section 3.

2.3. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support at support@standardpickleballacademy.com

3.2. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until that date.

3.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate these Terms, misuse Academy content, or attempt to share your login credentials.

4.1. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including partial months or unused portions of an annual plan.

4.2. Exceptions may be granted in cases of billing errors or as required by applicable law

5.1.1 Upon purchase of a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5.1.2 All digital products are delivered in electronic format. You will receive access to download the file(s) immediately after purchase or via email.

5.1.3 Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

5.1.4 Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of digital products is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take legal action for copyright infringement or misuse.

5.1.5 Access is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes, skill improvements, or results.

5.2.1 Physical products will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

5.2.2 Shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5.2.3 If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will be handled according to our Return Policy.

5.2.4 Ownership of physical products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is shipped.

5.3.1 Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

5.3.2 We reserve the right to cancel orders in our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent transactions or misuse of products.

5.3.3 By purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these terms and any additional terms specific to a product or promotion.

6.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6.2. Sharing your login with others may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

7.1. We may update pricing or these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes in advance. Continued use of your subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to conflict of law provisions.
